Lefse 2



Today we are attempting to make lefse at home.  (See earlier post)

Jon took out some potatoes.





  

I peeled, washed and cut them. 


Boiled them.

"Riced" them by forcing them through the holes of my colander :) and added butter.  They are now resting in the fridge to cool off before the next step.
