Preparing to Camp

So this Friday is the big camping trip.  Brian and James went camping with the Cadet troop from church in the past, but no one else has camped here in Louisiana and Andrew has never camped at all.  He asked me the other day what a S'more was.  Oh the horribleness of it all.  So, we're hoping to remedy that this weekend.

We decided it was a good idea to set up the tent and make sure that we had all of the pieces handy.  It was entertaining for me because I let the boys do almost all the work themselves.

They did it!  I had James sweep it out and then they took it down.  We need to get some tent stakes before they go.  I think we have some in storage.  We shall see.

Peter enjoyed the show.

Matthew got pretty dirty/dusty outside so I put him in the bathtub when we came in.

He leaned out of the tub and touched my leg and left a little handprint there.  Haha!

P.S.  Check out the blog entry below from earlier today - in case you missed it.
