I Got Nothing

So I'll share a picture of the sky on our way home from picking up James at LSU this afternoon.

Needless to say, it rained after we got home and turned the backyard into what we like to call Smith Lake.

I didn't let the kids outside this afternoon because this is what happens in the yard after a rain . . .

What is Andrew thinking here??

Those mud pictures are from April.

Jonathan started fourth grade today.  He's excited about his social studies and math classes.  James is on his last week of actual classes before finals - so he's looking forward to summer break.  We're going to another crawfish boil this Saturday which should be fun.  Everyone's healthy and chili is cooking on the stove for dinner.  Can't ask for much more than that!

Hey. That was way more than nothing, it was way cool. I'd keep an eye on that middle boy though, look at his face in the previous pic too. Gramma's in Frisco, so me and the animals are havin' a party here on the funny farm.

Love ya'll, Grampa
