If you need some help with your hair before going to church around here, you need to get in line by the bathroom door.
Brian takes them in one-at-a-time to use his styling skills and sometimes a little gel. If they're lucky they may get spikes for effect.
Sometimes it's hard to wait in line.

Last week we had a game and donuts night.
Faith and Matthew mixing up the batter.
Several years ago James made up a board game called Scenic Pass. Some of you may have been lucky enough to play it. It's a fun game and we still have it.
A couple of months ago he made another board game. I like to call it Star Battle, but I'm not sure it's an official title.
Those are planets on the board. It's a space battle game.
Good thing we saved the paper money from an old Life game. It comes in handy for buying cruisers and squadrons.
There's a little butter in the recipe.
After a short time the donuts were ready.
Oh yea!

May 3, 2013 marked our sixth anniversary in Baton Rouge.
To celebrate we grilled steaks on the patio.
And had chocolate cake with strawberries and ice cream for dessert.

Wow! Six years and three kids, it doesn't seem possible. Time sure flies when your having fun. Or was that when your getting old? I just can't remember.
